Margot Michelle Eaton
Certified Massage Therapist
Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant
Founder of Caregivers Wellness Institute
Margot Michelle Eaton is a dedicated healer, advocate, and caregiver with over 25 years of experience in massage therapy, occupational therapy, and holistic healing. Her passion lies in supporting families, especially those navigating the journey of raising children with special needs.
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Margot trained at Educating Hands School of Massage, graduating in 1998. She has advanced training in Lomilomi, prenatal massage, Ayurveda, oncology massage, and medical massage and has worked in both spa and clinical settings. Her career includes time at Montage Laguna Beach, teaching massage, anatomy, and physiology in the Bay Area, assisting domestic violence survivors at the State Attorney’s Office in Miami, and contributing to clinical research at the Touch Research Institute, affiliated with Nova University and the University of Miami.
As a Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and Certified Qigong Sensory Treatment (QST) Parent Trainer, Margot specializes in Qigong Massage for Autism, helping children with special needs improve self-regulation, connection, and overall well-being.
Her work is deeply personal. When her own son was diagnosed with autism at age three, she sought out every possible way to support his development and emotional well-being. That journey led her to a profound realization—caregivers need healing, too. This understanding inspired the creation of the Caregivers Wellness Institute, a space where parents and caregivers can replenish their energy, find support, and restore their own well-being.
At the heart of Margot’s work is the belief that love is the greatest force for transformation. She embodies what it means to be a Love Warrior—someone who fights not with force, but with unwavering compassion, resilience, and the power of human connection. To be a Love Warrior is to stand in the face of adversity with courage, to heal through service, and to create a space where others feel seen, valued, and empowered.
